About This Program

Join Jim Alerding, a veteran valuator, and, Sylvia Golden, BVR’s legal editor, for a discussion of six recent valuation and damages cases. The speakers will review the applicable legal and valuation principles and highlight developments in various litigation contexts. These state and federal cases include a controversial buyout case, breach of contract actions with problematic damages evidence, and divorce proceedings pivoting on goodwill and conflicting valuation methodology.
