Sylvia Golden is the executive legal editor at Business Valuation Resources. She researches and reviews recently decided valuation and damages case and prepares the monthly case law digests for BVLaw. She also writes about notable cases for Business Valuation Update and for BVR's e-zines, BVWire and BVLaw Alert. Ms. Golden received her J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, School of Law, and is an active member of the State Bar of California.
