Craig Jacobson is a managing director with B. Riley Financial with more than 25 years of experience in valuation, litigation support services, and transactions consulting. His experience includes performing valuations for investment banking services including mergers, acquisitions, fairness opinions, and pre-initial public offering services. 

Craig frequently acts as an expert witness and has worked in a large number of industries, including healthcare, investment companies, manufacturers, distributors, financial services, and professional and other services. His clients include law firms, corporations, and partnerships, and he has worked on many complex restructuring engagements. A representative sampling of Craig’s past assignments include large corporate fairness and solvency opinions, estimations of economic damages and lost business value, and valuation and corporate finance advisory work for IPOs and exit transactions. Craig has written many articles and given presentations on a variety of topics. He holds a B.S. in economics and computer science from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
