Shawn Hyde, CBA, CVA, CMEA, BCA, ECA has been appraising businesses continuously since he started in the industry back in January 1999.  Since then, he has written, read, and reviewed a number of valuation reports for a wide variety of purposes and types of businesses.  He has presented webinars, spoken at a variety of different conferences, and continues to comment on different valuation or Microsoft Excel related topics via a monthly email sent out to interested parties.  He currently runs his own valuation practice appraising businesses located around the country.  One of his favorite hobbies is discussing valuation theory with anyone who expresses an interest.  Seriously, give him a call sometime and ask a BV related question.
