Summary
This webinar provides an in-depth overview of business valuation frameworks and their practical implementations. It will explore valuation principles, methods for assessing risk and cash flow, and detailed valuation models such as discounted cash flow (DCF). Participants will gain insights into applying DCF, market multiples, and EBITDA calculations to refine their understanding of valuation in real-world scenarios.
Whether new to valuation or looking for a refresher, this session will give you the tools to understand and analyze business value confidently.
