Lindsay has been with RSM since 2006 and currently serves RSM's Minneapolis office and Central Region, following seven years with RSM's New York office and Eastern Region. Lindsay advises companies on valuation and finance-related issues for financial reporting, management planning, and tax planning and reporting across a broad range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, information technology, consumer products, health care and professional services. She brings significant experience valuing private equity and venture capital positions, including equity, debt, preferred stock, option and other derivative positions. In addition, Lindsay provides valuations for other financial reporting purposes (FASB Accounting Standards Codification Topics 350-20, 360-10, 718 and 805).
