Her experience also includes medical staff development planning and physician needs assessments, financial and strategic planning expertise, and facilitating competitive, industry, and market analyses for physician groups, community hospitals and health systems, and academic medical centers.

She is credentialed as an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and is a frequent speaker on valuations and related topics for various healthcare organizations. Tynan is a member of NACVA, the American Health Lawyers Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives, the Medical Group Management Association, and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the College of William and Mary, a Master of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and a Master of Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
