Don M. Drysdale is the founder and managing member of Drysdale Valuation, PLLC with offices in Tucson, Arizona and in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. In addition to being a certified public accountant, he holds both the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation (ASA) designations. He has been a contributing author to various publications on valuing construction companies. These include Financial Valuation: Applications and Models (Hitchner), and Industry Valuation Update, Volume Three, Construction (Pratt). He has presented and lectured on business valuation for the University of Arizona, Weber State University, various state CPA societies, the American Institute of CPAs, and various national business valuation organizations. Don is a former chair of the Business Valuation and Litigation Services Special Interest Section for the Arizona Society of CPAs, and a former chair of the Business Valuation Committee of the Utah Association of CPAs. His experience in the accounting profession spans more than 20 years, with 15 of those years appraising the value of businesses. His experience with construction companies began as an auditor and has continued through his career as a business valuation professional.
