Justin Conant joined PYA in January 2018 and is a senior staff consultant (Compensation Valuation Physician Services). He attended The Ohio State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Specialization in Accounting. He performs fair market valuations for physician practice groups, hospitals, and health systems, and evaluates compensation agreements between health facilities and physicians.
