Ronald M. Seaman is President of DLOM, Inc. located in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Seaman holds a Fellow American Society of Appraisers (FASA) designation and is accredited in Business Valuation.

Mr. Seaman is a qualified expert witness in a number of jurisdictions throughout the United States, including U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. District Court, and U.S. Tax Court. He is a Past International President of the American Society of Appraisers, and has served on the Business Valuation Committee of that organization.

A graduate of Harvard University with an M.B.A., Mr. Seaman has been a business valuation practitioner for 25 years and is a frequent lecturer and author. His latest book is LEAPS and the DLOM.
