Mr. Watts is the managing director for the Northeast Region of CBIZ Valuation Group. He has a great deal of valuation experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, intangible asset and business valuations. Securities valued include common stock, preferred stock and derivative securities such as options and warrants. His valuation experience has included valuing interests in and assets held by publicly and privately-held corporations, partnerships and subchapter S corporations for a broad spectrum of business sectors and industries. He has a particular expertise in the valuation of emerging high growth companies including Internet technology, information technology, new media and software companies. Additional experience includes the valuation of pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies as well as healthcare companies.

Mr. Watts originally joined the firm in 1987. Prior to re-joining CBIZ Valuation Group in 1996, Mr. Watts also served as manager of the financial valuation services group for Arthur Andersen, LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1996.

Mr. Watts has a master of business administration degree in finance from Drexel University. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of science degree in administrative management. Mr. Watts has been a featured speaker at professional meetings sponsored by various organizations including the American Society of Appraisers and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants regarding valuation matters. Mr. Watts is a candidate with the American Society of Appraisers and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group and the Association for Corporate Growth.
