Brooke Hollis joined Lyons Hollis Associates in 1997 after more than 20 years as a successful executive, entrepreneur and consultant in business operations and acquisitions. He became a Partner in 1999.
Mr. Hollis was president of a privately held company, which started multiple freestanding corporations in three states. His responsibilities included evaluating and negotiating acquisitions and divestitures for the firm. After growing the operations, he sold the companies through multiple transactions. Following the sales, he established a consulting firm to assist companies in evaluating acquisition alternatives and to initiate operational improvements.
His work experience includes executive positions with several large corporations. He has chaired a national trade association and participated in a national coalition team that lobbied the federal government. Currently, he serves on several advisory boards, including two at Cornell University where he is the Chair of the Sloan Health Services Management Program Executive Board.
Brooke received a BA degree in International Affairs from DePauw University, an MBA degree from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and an MA degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI).
