Larry is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), holds a Series 7, 63 and 65 securities license, Group 1 and 4 insurance licenses and family mediation trained.

Larry has over 30 years of diverse financial experience. He has participated as an instructor of courses for many national, regional, and local conferences on a wide range of subjects. He's been a panel member on several close circuit television productions and web casts. He's also written articles and co-authored a financial valuation book.

He has been recognized for his service to the profession, being awarded the American Institute of CPA's "Business Valuation Hall of Fame" award, the "Distinguished Service to the Profession" award by the Houston Chapter of CPAs, and “Lone Star Path Finders" award by the Texas Society of CPAs.
