Brian P. Brinig

Brian is both an attorney and a CPA who has been performing business valuations and economic damages analysis for over 20 years. He has given over 400 depositions and qualified as an expert witness in both State and Federal courts in over 200 cases.

He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law where he obtained his JD in 1979. He received his BSBA from Georgetown School of Business in 1974.

Mr. Brinig has co-authored three books and many articles relating to financial and economic issues in litigation and the economist's role in litigation support services. He has been active in developing and presenting continuing professional education courses for both attorneys and Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Brinig is the past president of the Financial Analysts Society of San Diego and a member ofthe Litigation Sections Steering Committee of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the past Chairman of the Society's Business Valuation Section.
