Tercio Queiroz is vice president of IBAPE—Brazilian Institute of Engineering. He is an expert in assessments and expertise, an engineer, and works as a judicial and extrajudicial expert in real estate valuations. 

He is a graduate of the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, with a degree in civil engineering, and a lawyer graduated from Universidade Veiga de Almeida. Tercio is currently the coordinator of V20 Brazil 2024 that will take place from September 30 to October 2 in São Paulo, Brazil.

Past experience includes serving as a director of finance for the Associação Brasileira de Engenheiros Civil and a director with the Associação Empresas Manutenção Predial.
