She assists in the preparation of valuations for closely held companies and provides various litigation support services. Her experience includes valuation of closely held companies in several industries including auto dealerships, physician practices, biotechnology and real estate development and management. Kiran has worked on valuations for estate and gift tax planning and reporting, buy-sell agreements, marital dissolution litigations, purchasing and selling businesses, intangible assets, ESOP valuations and other types of engagements.
