Todd is the partner-in-charge of CRI’s consulting practice out of the New Orleans’ office where he is responsible for managing transaction advisory, forensic and litigation support, and specialty tax services. His personal practice focuses primarily on valuation and due diligence engagements associated with M&A transactions.  He has 35 years of experience including 20 years in various executive financial and accounting positions in industry, including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and investment banking. He holds bachelor and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of New Orleans and is a licensed CPA accredited in business valuation by the AICPA.
