Mike serves as President of Veros Health, a business line of Soleo Health focused on the creation of joint ventures with prominent physician groups focused on delivering complex biologic treatments. He also serves as SVP of Soleo Health with his primary focus on mergers and acquisitions of home infusion/specialty pharmacies.

Mike’s background spans 35 years of healthcare experience and includes ownership in firms dealing with the financial well-being of entities including pharmacies, medical practices, software providers and ambulatory infusion centers.   

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and a Master’s of Business from Washington University in St. Louis. He participates in a number of medical related associations and maintains pharmacy licensure in Florida and Missouri.
