As a member of PYA's valuation leadership team, Derek brings a broad background in physician compensation valuation to the work he performs for physician practice groups, hospitals, and health systems. He has completed hundreds of physician compensation valuations related to all forms of physician services agreements. His work in the healthcare valuation realm also includes experience in business valuation, reimbursement, strategy, and transactional matters.
