Mr. Woodward specializes in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment analyses, intellectual property valuations, and stock compensation expense for financial and tax reporting purposes.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Woodward was a portfolio valuation analyst at Duff & Phelps where he specialized in the valuation of privately-held firms and illiquid financial instruments including leveraged loans, high yield bonds, convertible debt, preferred equity, common equity, and stock options. Mr. Woodward is also a United States Marine Corps Veteran. In this role, he served as an Infantry Squad Leader, Formal Schools Instructor in the Marksmanship Training Unit, and had two deployments to Iraq.

Mr. Woodward has presented at the American Society of Appraisers (Princeton Chapter) on valuation issues for financial reporting purposes. He holds a BBA degree in finance from Pace University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
