David is a CPA and also holds certifications as a CVA and an MAFF. He is a senior partner at the firm ShindelRock. David has extensive litigation experience in civil and criminal tax disputes, economic damages, and employment cases. He has represented adult cabarets for 38 years as an advisor and an expert witness and has published articles relating to the industry in the Value Examiner and BVR. David has represented a number of the national chains of clubs as well as many independently owned clubs and is involved with clients in the industry on an on-going basis.He has also conducted seminars for adult cabaret owners at national conventions.
