Adam Kindreich, CFA recently joined BlueVal Group as a Senior Consultant after having spent 26 years as an equity research analyst, covering the Consumer, Automotive and Business Services sectors from a global perspective. Adam graduated in 1988 from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland with an M.A. (Hons.) in Economics-Mathematics and initially worked in London as a graduate trainee economist with a major UK investment bank. In 1991, he transferred to Paris, France to train as an equity research analyst, specializing in French consumer stocks for the start-up equity brokerage arm of a UK investment bank. Adam also worked as a global Consumer equity research analyst for a leading Swiss private bank in Geneva, Switzerland, and a major Benelux institutional investment manager in the Netherlands, so his professional experience spans broking, private wealth management and institutional investment management. Adam has extensive experience in equity valuations and marketing, including presenting to institutional clients across the world and interviewing company managements at various levels. He earned his CFA charter in 2008, and has been volunteering his time with the CFA Institute on a number of projects since 2011. Adam is the author of the CFA Institute Industry Guide to the Automotive Industry. Aside from his native English, Adam is also a fluent French speaker.
