Luke Morris heads up Scrutton Bland's Corporate Finance offering, a practice assisting entrepreneurs to buy, sell, refinance, reorganise and value their businesses. He has substantial experience advising a range of organisations from listed companies to complex international group, and has developed a particular interest working with owner-managed and family businesses and dealing with the practical valuation issues they face. He is an Ambassador for the ICAEW, a role which sees him representing members of the profession in the region.
