Patrick is a business valuation analyst with over fifteen years of experience in valuation of securities for private and public companies in the U.S. and internationally. Patrick has worked and collaborated with boards of directors, presidents and CEOs, CFOs, controllers and private equity portfolio managers on their valuation needs. He has been recognized for enabling organizations to determine their enterprise value for a variety of situations including strategic planning, sale or IPO, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting (ASC 718, 805, 350), tax compliance (409A, NUBIG), and employee stock ownershipplans (ESOPs).

Patrick has been the lead valuation analyst on over 500 valuation projects for purposes such as common stock valuation, stock options awards, purchase price allocations (intangible asset valuations), impairment analysis, convertible debt, and derivative valuation.
