Paul J. Seguin, PhD is a Senior Consultant for Analytic Focus, LLC, a national statistics, finance and economics consulting organization. Prior to that Dr. Seguin has held academic appointments at the Universities of Michigan, Minnesota and Georgia and Vanderbilt University. Dr. Seguin has over 25 years of experience in consulting in finance and statistics. Dr. Seguin is an internationally recognized expert the valuation of publicly and privately held corporations, damages using accounting, cash flow and multiples-based methods; derivatives and employee stock option valuation. Dr. Seguin has consulted on indexed ETNs and RMBSs and alternative investments including non-traded REITs and levered ETFs. Dr. Seguin's extensive applied econometric knowledge has been applied to computing relative share-price performance, and analyses for determining damages including anti-trust violations and gender discrimination. Dr. Seguin has been recognized as one of the “Top Economists by Productivity and Impact” a recognition rarely earned by a finance academic.
