Kari B. Lazarova is a Managing Director and founder of Valuation Aspects, LLC. Ms. Lazarova has more than 18 years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, business planning and advisory services. She has provided business valuation, commercial real estate appraisal, advisory services and equity placement strategies to private companies, laws firms, professional practices, corporate clients, business owners, investors and government agencies. Kari B. Lazarova has conducted valuation assignments for litigation support, estate, gift and tax planning, transactions, financing and privatization across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, mining, chemical, transportation, wholesale and retail, real estate, construction, business and personal services, hospitality industry, and financial services.

Prior to Valuation Aspects, Ms. Lazarova was managing the business valuation practice of Pritchett, Ball & Wise Inc. Her prior valuation and consulting experience was with KPMG Barents Group. As a consultant at KPMG Barents, Kari was engaged in several USAID and EU projects providing valuation, due diligence and advisory services to government agencies, financial institutions, corporate clients and investors.

Kari B. Lazarova holds the ASA designation in business valuation and the CFA designation, a globally recognized designation in the field of portfolio management and investment analysis. Kari is also a certified general real property appraiser in the state of Georgia. Kari B. Lazarova is a past President of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.

Ms. Lazarova has a Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Georgia, Athens, GA, and a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of World and National Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria.
