Jeff has an extensive background providing valuation and related consulting services to clients across industries and ranging in size from small privately-held entities to large publicly-traded multinationals. Jeff provides these services for a variety of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, financial reporting, tax reporting, tax planning, shareholder buyouts, and litigation support. Specialties include valuation of ownership interests in business entities, intangible assets, and intellectual property.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers. Prior to joining PYA, Jeff was Director of Finance with McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 15 company and leading pharmaceutical distributor. Prior to joining McKesson, Jeff spent 10 years in senior roles with Deloitte and Brown Smith Wallace, providing a variety of valuation and other consulting services.
