After nearly 15 years as a National Bank Examiner with the OCC, Dwight came to United Bankers' Bank in 2000 to oversee a division that provides stock valuations, market analysis, merger and acquisition assistance, branch analysis, risk management and other consulting services to community bankers and their customers in an approximate 14 state area. In addition to speaking at numerous banker and examiner seminars on a range of topics, Dwight is a faculty member, Section Leader and a member of the Academic Committee of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, and is certified in business valuation as an “Accredited Senior Appraiser” by the American Society of Appraisers.
