With nine years of experience working for one of the largest international law firms, Elena offers an experienced and practical approach to planning, compliance and controversy resolution in the area of international transfer pricing. Elena's background includes experience with: vertically-integrated pharmaceutical companies, agricultural conglomerates, companies in the oil and gas industry, hospitality and travel, defense contractors, technology and electronics and companies in the services, contract manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Her areas of expertise include transfer pricing compliance, audit support, Advance Pricing Agreements and transfer pricing research and planning. Elena received her Ph.D. in Economics from Syracuse University in 1999.
