Ms. O'Rourke is a Principal at Kroll Zolfo Cooper in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She acts as a project manager/analyst responsible for the financial analysis, economic analysis, and valuation of closely held enterprises and professional practices. She has also prepared lost profit analyses for economic loss studies, provided analyses of firms' internal financial structure, and advised buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses.

She is responsible for the office's ESOP valuations. Ms. O'Rourke has addressed several professional organizations on business valuation issues, including the American Society of Appraisers, the Internal Revenue Services, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as several state Bar Associations. She has taught courses in university settings and published articles on business valuation topics. She received her M.B.A. (Finance and Management) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Drexel University.
