Dwight Grant is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office of Duff & Phelps. Dwight leads the Financial Engineering Practice, a group of 30 professionals who specialize in the valuation of a wide range of derivatives and complex securities for corporate and financial services clients around the world. Before joining Duff and Phelps, Dwight was a professor of Finance at universities in Canada and the United States and served extensively as an expert witness. Dwight has published 35 academically refereed articles in finance and economics, primarily in the areas of derivative valuation and risk management. He earned a BA in economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA and PhD in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
