Mr. Fidelman, Vice President of the Ballentine Barbera Group, a CRA International Company, combines 20 years of experience working in financial services with six years of transfer pricing consulting. Since 1999, Mr. Fidelman's primary practice has been in the economics of intercompany pricing to financial services firms. His specializations include reinsurance, loans and guarantees, and other services transactions within the finance industry. He has also been involved in every phase of the IRS' Advanced Pricing Agreement process.

Prior to joining The Ballentine Barbera Group, Mr. Fidelman was a member of KPMG. His insurance and reinsurance work experience encompassed primary, facultative and treaty reinsurance underwriting, reinsurance broker and underwriting consulting, and treaty reinsurance account management. His insurance career included assignments in Vienna and Zurich. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate of Reinsurance designations.

Mr. Fidelman holds an M.A. in International Relations from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University; an A.B. in Economics and General Science from Brandeis University; and an Advanced Professional Certificate of Finance from the Graduate School of Business Administration at New York University.
