John Emory Jr. provides business valuation, litigation support, and merger and acquisition advisory services with Emory Business Valuation, LLC. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He received an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; a JD Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he served as an Articles Editor on the Wisconsin Law Review; and a BA from Stanford University with majors in Economics and History. Prior to co-founding Emory Business Valuation, he was an attorney with a large business law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. He has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on business valuation and mergers & acquisitions.
