Bryan Benoit is a Partner in the Advisory Services practice of Grant Thornton and leads the valuation services practice in Houston.

Bryan specializes in providing complex valuation opinions for domestic and international corporations. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, Bryan consults with chief financial and accounting officers, general counsel, and outside counsel on business and asset valuations for financial reporting, merger and acquisitions, taxation, and restructuring.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Mr. Benoit was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and he was also the managing director in charge of the Houston office of Standard & Poor's.
