Twenty three years with the Internal Revenue Service, currently holding the position of Engineer Team Manager in Los Angeles, California. Previous positions with the IRS included Valuation Specialist, Financial Products Specialist, Appeals Officer, and Revenue Agent. During his 8 years in the Financial Products Program, he co-authored various Technical Advice Requests and assisted the Automotive Industry Specialist Program on various financial product issues involving the auto industry, including asset securitization, dealer participation, residual value subvention, and mark to market. Received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut University and his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. He also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Eagle Community Credit Union located in Lake Forest, California. His other past experiences include Tax Specialist for McDonnell Douglas Corporation and Vice-President of Finance for a wholesale ophthalmic company.
