Kathie L. Wilson holds a Masters in Taxation from Bentley College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (with an accounting concentration) from the University of Washington. She has maintained her Certified Valuation Analyst credential since 1998 and recently added the AICPA's Accredited in Business Valuation designation (via exam). She is a contributing author to BVR's Guide to Healthcare Valuation.

Kathie specializes in medical practice accounting and valuation. Formerly with Dietrich & Wilson, PC where she was the partner responsible for quality control of the firm's valuation, tax and accounting work, she returned to the west coast and spent two years with Gursey |Schneider LLP in Los Angeles, practicing in the family law litigation department specializing in medical practice valuation and forensic accounting. Kathie now maintains a consulting practice, assisting accountants and attorneys in the areas of medical practice accounting and valuation and family law litigation.
