Curtis Bernstein is Director of Valuation Services with Altegra Health, a leading provider of innovative solutions for healthcare payors, providers, and members. With Altegra Health Mr. Bernstein leads several projects, including assisting major academic medical system in the development of integrated networks including valuation and pro forma services, working with academic medical centers on anesthesia subsidies, and the valuation of compensation for physicians across specialties for compliance with Stark and Anti-Kickback Laws. He has also facilitated transactions involving a variety of healthcare entities.

Prior to joining Altegra Health Mr. Bernstein was a Director with Healthcare Appraisers, Inc., and a Staff Accountant with Tenet Health Systems.

A widely published author and frequent lecturer on healthcare valuation topics, Mr. Bernstein is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
