Timothy J. Meinhart is a managing director of Willamette Management Associates and is the director of their Chicago office. Tim's practice includes the following types of valuation and economic analyses: business and succession planning valuations, acquisition purchase price allocation valuations, asset impairment analyses, restricted stock valuations, blockage discount analyses, reasonableness of compensation analyses, restructuring and reorganization analyses, transfer price analyses, merger and acquisition valuations, fairness opinions, economic damages analyses, income producing property valuations, and ESOP employer stock valuations. Tim is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers, accredited in business valuation. He is the past president of the Chicago chapter of the American Society of Appraisers, and he served on the Chicago chapter's executive board for a period of five years. Tim has served two terms on the Business Valuation Committee of the American Society of Appraisers. He is the past president and a current director of the Business Valuation Association of Chicago. Since 2011, Tim has served on the valuation committee of the editorial advisory board of Trusts & Estates magazine. Tim is also a contributing author to The Handbook of Business Valuation and Intellectual Property Analysis. Tim earned an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and a BS in finance from Northern Illinois University.
