Ellen Larson is a Director in the New York office. She has more than 20 years of valuation, financial advisory and accounting experience. She has provided valuation consulting services for clients in a variety of different industries, for financial reporting, tax planning and transaction advisory purposes.

Ms. Larson's broad experience includes intangible asset valuations for FAS 141/142, business valuations, royalty rate studies, valuation of options/warrants, and fairness and solvency opinions. Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, Inc., Ms. Larson spent a total of 19 years with two different major accounting firms in various valuation, M&A advisory and accounting roles.

Most recently Ms. Larson was the Managing Principal of the New York office of a leading independent international appraisal firm. Ms. Larson is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and holds a Masters of Business Administration from New York University.
