Mr. Jones is a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance practice at Navigant Consulting, Inc. He serves as the practice leader for the national Valuation Services Group. Prior to Navigant Consulting, Inc., he served on the Kroll Zolfo Cooper, LLC Management Committee as the Valuation Services Group Practice Line Leader for the United States. Kroll Zolfo Cooper is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kroll, Inc. At Navigant Consulting, just as at Kroll Zolfo Cooper, Mr. Jones' responsibilities include all aspects of practice management for the Valuation Services Group in the United States.

He specializes in valuation services including consulting with Fortune 500 companies in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and commercial damages and expert testimony. Mr. Jones served Kroll as a consultant to the acquisition team for its internal acquisitions. In addition, he was the national leader in intangible asset valuation and licensing.

Prior to joining Kroll, Inc. Mr. Jones was a Principal at Charles River Associates, a NASDQ listed company; Director of Financial Advisory Services for the San Diego office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and was also with Arthur Andersen's National Economics Practice. His responsibilities included such commercial consulting services as valuations, corporate reorganizations and strategic planning and operational consulting. Prior to Arthur Andersen, Mr. Jones assisted state court receivers and bankruptcy trustees in reorganizing and providing consulting and operations to troubled companies. Consulting services to those companies included operating, restructuring, and liquidating corporations and partnerships both in and out of bankruptcy.

As a financial and economics consultant, Mr. Jones testifies in state and federal district court as an expert witness in trial and in deposition settings. He has testified at the ICC in Paris, France as an expert in international trade damages. He has been appointed by the state court as a receiver and an arbitrator. He holds a B.S. degree in finance.
