Marcie D. Bour, President of the Florida Business Valuation Group, an affiliate of the National Business Valuation Group, LLC™, provides business appraisal services, forensic accounting and litigation consulting services for small and mid-sized businesses.

She has considerable experience in the areas of business valuation and commercial damages. She has been involved with commercial cases involving breach of contract, fraudulent inducement, employment discrimination, shareholder disputes, patent infringement, trademark infringement, criminal matters and eminent domain. Her valuation and litigation experience have covered a wide variety of industries.

Ms. Bour's credentials include a BBA from Emory University with a distinction in Accounting; she is also a Florida licensed CPA*, a Certified Fraud Examiner, Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Certified Valuation Analyst. She regularly speaks on economic damage and valuation topics. In addition, she is involved with a number of accounting and appraisal societies and serves on a Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar.
