Mr. Szycher directs Weston's Asset Allocation Department, responsible for portfolio management, manager selection, and strategy analysis. His responsibilities also include risk and quantitative analysis. Prior to joining Weston, Mr. Szycher worked in the financial services industry for 16 years in risk management, fixed income trading, equity research, quantitative analysis, and risk consulting. Most recently, Mr. Szycher was Managing Director of Risk Management at Alpha Investment Management LLC. He has also been employed by Measurisk, Andersen, ITG, Merrill Lynch, and Bankers Trust.

Mr. Szycher earned a BS from Cornell University, an MBA in Finance and an MS in Statistics from New York University. He also holds Series 7, 63 and 3 registrations.
