Danielle is a director in PwC’s Deals practice with a specialization in valuations. She has provided consulting and advisory services to private equity, mid- and small-cap, and large multinational corporations for a range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spinoffs, joint venture formations, and restructuring, with a focus on consumer markets, medical device, and industrial product engagements. 

As the U.S. valuation point director for valuation audit support, she has a distinctive experience working closely with PwC’s audit leadership on the firm’s various strategies, collaborating with international member PwC valuation firms and assisting audit engagement teams with addressing complex matters related to valuation, including external regulator review. She is a PwC representative on The Appraisal Foundation VFR Advisory on company-specific risk premium, contributing to developing industry standards and best practice guides. Danielle has been nationally recognized for women’s diversity and inclusion programming at PwC and is a former representative on the PwC U.S. Deals D&I staff council.

Danielle holds a Certified Public Accountant license in Illinois and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credentials from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She received her B.A. in mathematics and economics from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
