Mr. Howard joined Blue & Co. LLC in July 2011. As a Senior Manager in the Valuation and Strategy Group, Mr. Howard performs business valuation and executive-level consulting for healthcare entities around the United States. Mr. Howard plays a key role in assisting healthcare clients in a broad range of financial and operational initiatives, including physician alignment, compensation structuring for employed and contracted physician groups, operations management, physician management and engagement, and healthcare system strategic management.
Mr. Howard helps lead the physician services team, providing operational consulting and managing over 300 annual valuations for transaction, partnership, SBA loan, and restructuring purposes. Mr. Howard helps manage the dental, physician, and veterinary service lines, providing valuation, transition consulting, and other services to Blue's clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited Business Valuator, and a Certified Valuation Analyst with a Bachelors of Accounting and Finance.
