He has participated in a variety of U.S. and international engagements for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, reorganizations, recapitalizations, federal taxes, gift and estate taxes, privatizations, employee stock ownership plans, dispute resolution, bankruptcies, economic damages, healthcare regulatory compliance purposes, internal management planning and other litigation proceedings.
