Michael Liska has over 15 years of valuation experience and is the current director of Liska Valuation, LLC. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Portland State University with degrees in Accounting and Finance as well as obtained the professional designations of Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) and Accredited in Business Valuation (“ABV”). During his career he has participated in over 500 appraisals used for various purposes including, but not limited to, tax reporting, financial statement report, litigation, and other financial consulting. He has testified as an expert witness in the State of Washington and participated in settlement negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service and the Oregon Department of Revenue. Mr. Liska has lectured on business valuation and other financial matters before various professionals and university students.
