Stacy Statkus, CVA, CFE, CDFA, MBA, J.D. is the founder and Managing Member of Banyan Consulting Associates, LLC. Stacy was formerly a Director in Marcum's Advisory and Consulting Services group. Prior to that she was a Senior Vice President at MPI and Director of Litigation & Matrimonial Services on Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLP's forensic, litigation and valuation services team. She has more than twenty years of experience in litigation consulting, forensic accounting and business valuation. Her areas of expertise include matrimonial litigation involving high net worth individuals, shareholder disputes and commercial litigation. Stacy has participated in many settlement negotiations, in mediation and has also testified in New York Supreme Court. Stacy received a B.A. from Dickinson College, an MBA in Finance and MS in International Business from Seton Hall University and a law degree from Louisiana State University.
