Ben advises a wide range of healthcare organizations, including academic medical centers, community hospitals, post-acute care providers, and multispecialty physician enterprises, on a variety of transactional, strategic, and financial planning initiatives. His experience includes:

Ben has experience as an investment banking analyst, guiding buy-side clients in the long-term care sector through affiliation initiatives. He also worked with a rural health system, supporting data aggregation and analysis for a federally-sponsored population health initiative. He has published in national publications and has presented to regional healthcare organizations on topics including due diligence, affiliations, and alternatives to traditional mergers and acquisitions.

Ben holds a Master of Health Administration degree from the Sloan Program in Health Administration at Cornell University, where he was president of the Sloan Student Association, and now serves on the Human Ecology Young Alumni Council. He holds a BA in International Studies from Centre College in Danville, KY. He is a member of the Board of Directors of StudentsCare, Inc., a national non‐profit organization focused on providing support for hospitalized children. He holds the certified valuation analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
