Enrique Robles is a Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Chicago with over ten years of valuation experience. He specializes in the valuation of businesses and business interests, including equity, debt, derivative instruments and other intangible assets. Mr. Robles has valuation experience related to business valuations, stock compensation, complex financial instruments, and intangible and tangible assets across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, financial services, oil & gas, mining, healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and software. Mr. Robles also provides portfolio valuation services and has experience working with private equity funds which have outsourced their portfolio valuation process to A&M. These portfolios include investments in common stock, preferred stock, convertible preferred stock, convertible debt and warrants of large cap, mid cap, and venture companies. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Robles spent four years with PwC, LLP in Chicago, where he most recently served as a Senior Associate in their Valuation Practice. As part of PwC's assurance line of service, Mr. Robles was also responsible for reviewing the work of external valuation firms for audit clients. Mr. Robles earned a bachelor's degree in general engineering from University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign. In addition, he is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder.
