As a manager within the Firm's valuation services group, Matt performs a variety of fair market valuations involving physician practice groups, hospitals, and health systems, and evaluates compensation agreements between health facilities and physicians. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
